A nice start. The letter shapes look rather historicist, while the spacing looks rather ITC. And the descenders are unusually long in contrast to the ascenders. I dig long extenders in general.1 -

Other fonts related to Times are Lido STF and Starling. Starling has novel italics that will stand out too much if you’re trying to be sneaky about it.1
